We were approached by the Norfolk Feather Company, a business that's spanned 95 years of trade to produce bedding products for some of the most recognisable brands in the world, to open up a new commercial direct-to-consumer channel. 

Our strategy guided the creation of an ongoing customer relationship plan, communicated through email and organic social media. 

We've not stopped there; through the pandemic, we challenged ourselves to deliver better quality digital advertising for Norfolk Feather Company, ensuring that we could make "staying home" as comfy as possible. 

This campaign has seen the development and sustained growth of an Ecommerce entity in an unstable economic climate.
