We were challenged to build and maintain a sustainable revenue stream and drive online conversion rates through organic and paid social strategies, as well as email campaigns.
Wilbur & Gussie experienced a significant uplift in exposure with both A-list celebrities and royals having been spotted and photographed carrying various styles of their bags. To maintain momentum of the increased traffic and attention, we planned an ongoing organic and paid social strategy to both retarget this newly attained audience and to capture new customers.
Through closely monitoring engagement rates and results of both organic and paid social campaigns, we were able to identify popular content and produce highly effective ads.
Email campaigns and sign-up incentives have also been successful in converting more customers.
